The newly established Damix company shifted its production focus, beginning to manufacture a wide range of retail store fixtures and POS & POP display stands made of wire and steel.

Damix Sp. z o.o. acquired Siegel GmbH, establishing the brand and launching mass production of shopping carts.

Produs Shop Services, based in Sękocin Nowy near Warsaw, is a distributor of Damix products, including shopping carts, logistics trolleys, display tables and baskets, as well as customer guidance systems.

As part of its expansion into the Central and Eastern European markets, Produs Shop Services established a branch in Moscow under the name OOO Produs Service.

To optimize production and procurement costs, Damix established RDR Plast Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in the manufacture of plastic accessories for shopping carts to meet the needs of the Damix Group.

At the same time, in response to its growing business activities in Central and Southern Europe, Produs Shop Services established a sales branch in the Czech Republic under the name Polidar.

As part of their continued growth and expansion, Damix and Produs Shop Services established Caddus in France, which acquired a majority stake in the legendary shopping cart manufacturer Les Ateliers Réunis Caddie SAS.

Damix restructured the French factories and partially transferred Caddie's production operations, technologies, and expertise to its facility in Rypin, expanding its product range to include shopping carts compatible with those of the French manufacturer.

Damix began manufacturing shopping carts for the Italian market under the Filomarket and Nexo brands and established a partnership with Bertoldi Aldo SRL, Italy's largest distributor of retail store equipment.

Due to the economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and other financial challenges, the Damix Group divested its holdings in the French companies Caddus and Caddie.

Damix's shareholders decided to restructure the company's management, taking direct control of its operations and initiating the modernization of the production facility, manufacturing processes, and commercial operations.

Today, Damix is implementing key investments and organizational changes. A state-of-the-art powder coating facility has been launched, and machinery previously used by a French shopping cart manufacturer has been acquired, enabling the company to offer a wide range of compatible shopping carts and efficiently expand its customers' existing fleets.

At the same time, the company is streamlining production planning and reorganizing its sales, quotation, and customer communication processes, while the new management team remains firmly committed to continued growth and openness to change.
